Solutions Engineer
Requirements:
Engineering (BSME, BSCS, BSEE or equivalent) background required. Preference given to MS candidates or candidates with 3+ years’ experience in automation and/or machine vision. Submit Resume / CV and portfolio examples of prior analysis work and documentation. Highly motivated candidate with track record of reliability and responsiveness. Report to Head of Engineering or as assigned. Highly creative. Great attention to detail. Works well with others. Able to handle oneself in ambiguous power dynamic relationships. Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
Duties:
Intake requirements, evaluate vendors without bias, report pros and cons, prototyping, design and development, specifications, documentation, revision as assigned. Timely respond to inquiries. Self-manage time. Work on-site in Carson, California office or at remote customer sites (travel may be required). Troubleshoot technical issues and seek to fully resolve open issues promptly.
Technical Product Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited university in technical discipline. Technical experience as an industry-specific specialist with product and/or solutions marketing experience 6+ years in total, minimum. You must have industry experience in at least one of the following: medical, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, semiconductor, metal, plastics, and refurbishment / recycling industries. Highly creative. Great attention to detail. Works well with others. Able to handle oneself in ambiguous power dynamic relationships. Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
Duties:
Write specifications for automation products to serve specific applications in at least one of the following areas as assigned: medical, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, semiconductor, metal, plastics, and refurbishment / recycling industries. Report to Head of Marketing or as assigned.
Product Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited university with technology product marketing experience. Technical experience as an industry-specific specialist with product and/or solutions marketing experience 6+ years in total, minimum. You must have industry experience in at least one of the following: medical, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, semiconductor, metal, plastics, and refurbishment / recycling industries. Highly creative. Great attention to detail. Works well with others. Able to handle oneself in ambiguous power dynamic relationships. Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
Duties:
Prepare marketing promotions in collaboration with HNJ team in collaboration with Marketing Director, Website Marketing and Social Media team with periodic guidance from CEO. Report to Head of Marketing or as assigned. Write specifications for automation products to serve specific applications in at least one of the following areas as assigned: medical, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, semiconductor, metal, plastics, and refurbishment / recycling industries.
